Our EPC services offer efficiency and front-line coordination to your project. Staff professionals direct and coordinate engineering including process, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation. When scope definition and design are sufficiently determined, we will procure all equipment, material and service purchases.

EPC specialists develop your master schedule, facilitate value management when necessary, perform constructability reviews, and direct field engineering services including checkout, startup and commissioning. Our efforts are fully documented as a permanent master job file.

Design work is performed by CCCS International personnel or as a team with specialized architectural and engineering firms. We will work with you to determine your needs and the scope of your design. Through design development, preparation of plans, specifications and construction drawings, government approvals and construction administration, CCCS International provides you with seamless service. Our expertise, coupled with practical field knowledge will ensure your project’s success.

Our design department includes architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, process engineers, electrical engineers, value engineers, and a CAD specialist, all-knowledgeable in the various techniques of effective and innovative design. Our design group is supported by Autodesk Architectural Desktop 3.0 on AUTOCAD platform.

Our design project manager will meet with you to establish the scope of the design parameters and the level of detail at which drawings and documents will be produced. Design development will establish preliminary layouts, flow sheets (if applicable), type of construction, and mechanical and electrical systems required. This information is utilized to create an initial budget for the project and is reviewed with you for refinement and approval.

Preparation of all drawings and specifications detailing the requirements for the construction of the project occurs in the construction documents phase. You receive copies of the final design package and CCCS International, in turn, submits architectural/engineering drawings for government approval.

The final phase is the construction administration phase, which entails the preparation of bid documents, job site inspections and project close-out. Other design responsibilities can also be undertaken as your need dictates (shop drawing approval, etc.)
