Design Development Process
Each design project begins with establishing scope, design parameters, and the required level of technical detail. Design development produces preliminary layouts, flow sheets when applicable, construction types, and mechanical and electrical systems that inform the initial project budget for client review and approval.
Construction Documentation and Approvals
During the construction documents phase, CCCS International prepares all drawings, specifications, and technical documentation required for project execution. Architectural and engineering drawings are submitted for government approvals, and final design packages are delivered to the client.
Construction Administration and Support
The final phase includes construction administration services such as bid document preparation, job site inspections, and project closeout. Additional design support may include shop drawing review and other specialized services as project needs dictate.
